About us

The number one goal of the Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce is to help businesses of all sizes to grow and prosper. We offer our 200 members exposure in our business community, a strong networking base and opportunities for professional development.

Advocacy

Representing around 200 companies, we are the voice of our membership. You can find the Chamber weighing in on important legislation and political activity that may help or harm local businesses. In March 2016 we had a meeting with the deputy prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki to discuss the issues important for Dutch companies operating on the Polish market. A good example of how we reach out on signals from our members.

Educational programs

The Chamber’s seminars are designed to provide the knowledge and expertise of business experts at no cost to our members. On a regular basis, the Chamber hosts seminars on diverse topics such as: taxes, finance, law, social media, management and more!

Remember – all seminars are FREE OF CHARGE for members.

Networking

Our events are an excellent opportunity to mix and mingle with other business owners. Every first Tuesday of the month we organise a business mixer in Warsaw. Each September we organise our annual charity Rijsttafel ball full of entertainment and delicious Indonesian food. Also via our active branches in Poznań and Łódź we organise many events where you can meet potential customers or partners.

Business development

Many companies call us for support on doing business in Poland. For our members we offer free advice wherever we can help. And for those companies that need tailor made contacts, we organise meetings with Polish counterparts (matchmaking). We are very successful in that and have helped already many Dutch companies start their company in Poland.

Marketing

The Netherlands-Polish Chamber of Commerce offers its members a multitude of opportunities to market their company products and services – to other chamber members and to the business community at large.

Whether it’s sponsoring of a chamber event, such as our monthly business drink, or taking advantage of our newsletter or membership directory, there isn’t any more cost-effective way to introduce yourself to prospective customers.

Recognition

We keep very good relations with all stakeholders in Netherlands-Polish business relations. With partner organisation NPCH in the Netherlands we organise the Dutch Polish Business Award, which recognises a Dutch company that has made a significant commitment to invest in Poland.

Referrals

The Chamber office receives many inquiries each month from people looking for recommendations on the provision of goods and services. That’s the kind of credibility we have after more than 15 years of operation in Poland! Your membership assures you of a recommendation over any non-member company – every time. That’s a legitimate edge over the competition!
