Domaniewska in Warsaw in 2002. Attracting clients and experienced staff. Managing up to 120 employees. Profitable operation.  Moving the call center to Łódż in 2009. 90 seats office. Managing telemarketing projects for: ING Bank Sląski, Leaseplan, Citibank, Tele2, LOT Polish airlines, Arval Leasing, Intrum Justitia, Office Depot, Makro Cash&Carry.

Nov. ’06 – Feb. ’14    Call Center Director, Cardif Services Sp. z o.o., Łódż, Poland. Greenfield telesales operation. Set up a telesales outsourcing operation for insurance company Cardif, part of the BNP Paribas group. Finding office space, refurbishing, recruiting staff, sales training, setting up motivational systems, quality control procedures, managing telesales operations. Co-operation with Cardif partners, interesting them to outsource the activity of direct insurance sales by phone to their customers. Partners: Citi Handlowy, BPH, BNPP, Sygma Bank, Alior Bank, Orange and PKO BP. Managing up to 300 staff members. Became best Cardif operation within Europe, and best BPH insurance sales site in Central Europe.
